The short version: we collect only what we need to detail your vehicle and keep you posted, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you book a job, request a quote, or start a subscription, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and vehicle information. We also collect basic website analytics — pages viewed, device type, and approximate location — through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and complete detailing jobs, send booking confirmations and day-before reminders by email or text, process payments, follow up on quotes, and improve the site.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Card details are entered directly with them — we never see or store full card numbers.
Sharing
We only share information with the service providers that help us operate: payment processing, email and text delivery, scheduling, and analytics. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you booking confirmations and job reminders only. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
